MUNICIPAL ELECTION.

Notice appears in this issue that elections will be held on Wednesday, April i'7th, for the purpose of electing a Mayor for the Borough and eight counciMors. In addition an election will be held for the election of a member to represent the Borough of Shannon on the Horowhenua Electric Power Board. Nominations of candidates for sll the above offices will close with the the Returning Officer, Mr. J. T. Bovis, on Thursday, the 14th day of April, at noon.
