WERABOA v. LEVIN. The Levin Club played Weraroa on the latter Club's ground on Saturday, and were defeated .by 160 runs to 130. The winners' best scores were registered bv Bull 39, Hall 37, and Wallace 34. The Levin bowlers, Bennett and PhilliT.s, were in: good form with the ball, taking all the wickets between them. Batting for the Levin team, Field was responsible for a fine performance, compiling 58 before he succumbed to O'Connor. His score included two sixes and six fours. Hunt 37 and Newth 30 (retiied). For Phoenix Hunter compiled 28 and Auckram 25, and the only other player to reach double figures was Emmett, with 10.
