WIRELESS PROGRESS.

CHICAGO TEST ARRANGED. Mr. Spencer Speedy, of Herbertville, Hawke's Bay, has arranged for a special concert to be. broadcast for New Zealand listeners by broadcast station WBBiM, Chicago, commencing at 7.15 o’clock next Monday evening. The Chicago station operates on 226 metres. Mr. Speedy states that country listeners with four-valve receiving f sets should be able to tune in the Chicago station if the atmospheric , conditions happen to be favourable. Those with five-valve sets, residing in the cities, should have a good ehance of hearing the American concert.
