Monk, chairman of the Horowhenua Power Board, at the monthly meeting yesterday; "and we have had a very satisfactory year. The business of the'Board is growing quite as fast, if not faster than was expected, and I think our prospects as buyers and sellers of electricity are fairly bright. This will depend a'gocd deal on the prosperity of the country. Things look brighter than they did a couple of months ago, but there is still room for improvement.
