PHOENIX STARTS WITH STRONG MEMBERSHIP. (From the Levip Chronicle). Bould’s room on Monday night to bring the preliminary arrangements to a head. Mr ’ Mackenzie occupied the chair. The first muster will, in all probability, be held on when' it is likely that the Phoenix team will play Levin.
