GAOL FOR DRUNKEN DRIVER. NAPIER 1 , Sept. 20. AJan .loibn Gurr was fined £lO and his license was suspended till six months after March 31st next for driving at a speed dangerous to the public. William John H'ollvman, for being drunk while in charge of a car got 14 days’ hard labour. DUNEDIN, Sept. 20. William George Lambden, charged at Dunedin with being intoxicated while in charge of a motor car, was fined £5 and his license was cancelled till March 31st next.
