UNSUCCESSFUL APPEAL.
SOLICITOR SEEKS REINSTATEMENT. . WELLINGTON, August 16. The Appeal Court refused the application by J. R. Lundon for re-admis-sion to the Supreme Court, holding that he had not established that there had l>een any complete change of character or that the evidence satisfied that he was a fit and proper person to 'be re-admitted. £ls 15s costs and disbursements was allowed the Auckland Law Society.
