ARREST OF A PRINCE.
Don Luis of Orleans Bourbon, great-grandson of Louis Pliillippe, King of France ,and a cousin by marriage to King Alfonso of Spain, finds his name once more mixed in a scandal. ' About IS months ago Prince Luis was involved in an episode that resulted in his expulsion from France, 'and the King of Spain immediately ! deprived him of the title of prince of. | the royal house. V It is. now learned from Lisbon that the prince was arrested by Portuguese detectives in a hotel near tne Spanish frontier, where he was found disguised as a woman, in company with three friends. | The “Petit Parisien’s” Lisbon correspondent says that hidden in the prince’s trunks were a quantity of iocaine and several valuable dresses, mantles, and shawls .which the prince is alleged to have been, attempting to smuggle into Spain.
