NOTICE OF COUNCIL'S INDENTION , TO STRIKE RATES. \TOTICE is hereby given that the Al Shannon Borough Council-will at an ordinary meeting of the Coun cil, to he held at the Borough council, offices. Primmer Terrace, Shannon, at 7.30 p.m. on the Bth day of June, 1926, make and levy the following rates for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1926, and ending on 31st day of March, -1937, namely a general rate under Section 77 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, of lj-d in the Pound sterling on the capital value of all the rateable property within the Borough of Shannon, also a Hospital aridV Charitable Aid rate of Id in the Pound, on the basis of the capital value, and a special water rate of 3d in the Pound for providing the interest, principal and sinking fund on water euppjy loans on the basts of the capital value of all Ihe rateable property within the Borough of Shannon. • • A sanitary charge of sixpence per week for each convenience on each and every premises containing such •convenience; also that the above rates are payable at the office of the {Borough Council in one instalment on the Ist dav of July, 1026. j Notice 'is also given that the rate book containing particulars of all the above rates and sanitary charge also the Valuation Roll containing the values on which Ih,e rates are assessed are open for inspection at the Borough Council office during office hours.
