In the Police Cb.ua't., Allied James Dickinson was charged with negligently driving a motor car in Anzac Avenue, thereby causing, the death of Frank Wilson. Mr McKean, S.M., acting in the dual capacity of Magistrate and Coroner, as coroner found that death was caused through the injuries sustained in a collision between the train and a motor car driven t>y Dickinson.. On the evidence he said he must find negligence on the (part of accused, who pleaded not. guilty, and reserved his defence. He was committed for trial in his own surety of £IOO.
