AUCKLAND’S UNEMPLOYED.

MARCH THROUGH STREETS. AUCKLAND, May 6. About three hundred men, some of whom were not ■unemployed, gathered at the Labour Department’s office this morning. A man on a lorry, addressing them, said they wanted work. He called on the unemployed to fall in for a march through Queen Street, to the Civic Square. About 50 men. responded. There will be a further demonstration in Civic. Square after a deputation to the Mayor.
