A reminder is given, of the opening oif the golf 'course to-morrow on tlie new links on -Mi; Hennessey’s property, East Road. They will be among the most interesting .and sporting links- to be found in tlie district, and golfers can look forward to a good season. Play will commence at one o’clock with Canadian mixed foursomes. .'Partners will be arranged at the golf house and they will he able to play as soon as they arrive. Afternoon tea \Vill be dispensed by the ladies who ai ■ kindly requested to bring - refreshments. Visitors are expected from Fuxton and Levin. . All new players and others are cordially invited to be present.
