PAR VALUES—AVERAGE QUALITIES The customary collection of store cattle, a few pens of sheep and pigs was in evidence at to-day’s sale, the majority of store and fat beasts realising recent quotations. There was very little demand for store pigs, but porkers and baconers sold well. Prices are given below. Cattle.— Fat heifers £2 12s 6d to £•* 13s, fat jcowe £4 2s 6d to £6 2s 6d, stores 27s 6d tot 335. Sheep. — Lambs 6s to 15s 6d, empty ewes 10s 2d to 14s 3d, wethers 22s 6d to 22s 7d fat ewes 18s 6d, medium lambs 10s’ to Us 'Bd. woolly lamb 14s 9d, inferior do. 8s 3d. Pigg —Weaners 4s to 12s 6d, small stores 15 S to 19s, porkers £2 to £2 Bs, baconers £2 13s to £3 15s, heav\ baconers £4 Is.
