DEATH FROM INJURIES.
YOUNG MAN COMMITTED FOR " TRIAL. PALMERSTON N., April 8. Herbert Michael 'Bailey, a young man allegedly concerned in the accident on Rangitikei Line on tlie evening of March S 3, whereby Maurice Stewart, aged 18,' subsequently succumbed to injuries, was charged on remand at the Police Court with negligently driving a motor cycle thereby causing tlie death of Stewart. The evidence was - similar to that given at the inquest. Accused pleaded not guilty and was committed for trial at the sitting of the Supreme Court next month. Bail was allowed.
