STEVENSON—iMcKEGG. St. Peter’s Church, Terrace End, Palmerston North, was the scene of a very pretty wedding yesterday morning, when Miss Catherine Mcitegg, only daughter of Mr and Mrs W. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her father, wore a gown of chenille georgette. The frock was made prefectly plain, the flared skirt being edged with a wide hand of. white fox fur. A pretty effect was obtained at the hack of the frock with a large bow of silver tissue .at the waist, from which the train of silver tissue was arranged. Her tulle veil was worn off her face and arranged with a bandeau of orange blossoms and she carried a heaulilul bouquet of white | hot house flowers and maidenhair fern. The bride was' atended by her two cousins, the Misses Madeline and Ray Orlowski, as bridesmaids. The bridegroom was attended by Mr 1L Stevenson as best man, and Mr R. Mclvegg as groomsman. After the ceremony, Mr and Mrs McKegg entertained their guests at the Broadway Lounge. Later the bride and bridegroom left for their honeymoon, the bride travelling in a frock of floral fuchsia silk repp, coat of navy repp, trimmed withv fur and navy hat with’ touches of fuchsia.
