ANNUAL REPORT. 'The in his report, stated as follows: Considering the fact that it was a new club, consisting of many of the older players who joined to give the club a start, I feel yon have done very well in reaching third place of the championship table and runners-up -’for the Nash Cup. The feeling throughout the club last season was'very good and I trust the same good feeling and sportsmanship will continue amongst you this season, when, owing to the increased number of employees, there will no doubt be many changes from the old team. To the older members, of whom I have already spoken, I wish to express my appreciation of thefix services.;. Some of them were obliged to, retire from active service early hi the season and others, I believe, intend joining the ranks of the lookerson, but I hope- and feel sure that they will retain their interest in the club and be ready and willing to give a hand should the necessity ever arise. The balance’ sheet shows a credit balance of £1 7s. There is one football on hand which is, however, not good enough fob matches, but will make a good practice ball. Late in 'the last season two medals were presented to the Club, one by Mrs Reed, late of the Levin 1 Hotel, and the cither by the secretary, i Owing , to the lateness of the season these medals were never presented, and are still on hand. I should, therefore, like to see condition made early in this season for the presentation of these medals at the end of the season. In conclusion I wash' you a very successful season.
