THE MANGAORE BRIDGE.

(To the Editor). Sir.-—About four years ago a petition was sent in to the Horowhenua County Council praying to have the bridge rep>aired over the Mangaore stream on the western side of the railway north of Shannon. Since then another petition has'been sent in and nothing has been done to relieve the ratepayers of the inconvenience. It is to hoped that the Councillors for the Tokomaru riding will see that a grant is included on the next estimates for the riding. Yours etc.. RATEPAYER.
