NEW YORK FASHION PARADE. Parts of Broadway look like a page out of a costume novel this winter owing to the popularity of the furlincd overcoat with men of greater or less importance. On'e recalls the opulent actor of other days. Clothes are the business rating by which New Yorkers arc known, and when they are prosperous they toll tlv world with first-class tailoring. Furliued overcoats have brought back t<> some extent the cloth-top shoes. The now garments are plain, but richlv lined with mink, seal and sable/ Shells are made of black broadcloth or shaggy materials. Tire fur overcoat is only purchased, as a rule, when meu are carrying easy money. Such garments are an absolute luxury, and they denote the ownership of easily-earned increment when worn by business men.
