OURSUANT to Section 44 oi' “The 1 Counties Act, 1920,” pahlic notice is hereby given Hint a copy of the County Electors Roll is open for public inspection, at the County Offices, Municipal Buildings, Bath Street, Levin, during office hours, until the 15th day of February' next, also at the following places:— Gunning’s Store, Tokomaru. Borough Council Offices, Shannon Bell’s' Store, Koputaroa. Benning’s Store, Ohau. Borough Council Offices, Gtaki. Cook’s Store, Te Hero. Co-operative Store, Waikanae. Any person who considers they are aggrieved by reason that: — (a) Any person whose name is on the said roll in respect of any qualification does not possess that qualification at the time when the objection is lodged; or (b) Any person whose name is not on the said roll possesses the necessary qualification at the time when the Objection is lodged and is entitled to have their name enrolled; or (c) The number of votes allotted to any person is greater or less 1 than that to which he is entitled——may on or before the 2.2nd day of February next lodge with the Council any objection in writing under their hand.
