FUTURE OF RADIO.
BROADCASTING METHODS. INQUIRY IN ENGLAND. LONDON, January 21. Lieut-Commander J. M. Kenworthy, M.P. (Liberal), in giving evidence on behalf of the Radio Association before the Parliamentary Com? mittee which is inquiring into the future of broadcasting in England, suggested that the Broadcasting Company should be empowered to carry on for a further three years. It should have he said, its own narrator of important events, who would broadcast on the spot if possible. Lieut-Commander Kenworthy ad-t voeated the appointment of radio engineers equipped with motor-vans, to give technical instruction to listeners.
