MAN AM) GRANDSON ELECTROCUTED'IN WAIKATO. AUCKLAND, Last Night. A double fatality took place ,at TawhcKe, owing- to contact with an electric wire. A man named Mark Webb,', employed by the Tamahere Road Board was returning to his hom e at Tawher.3 for lunch and when entering: his gate ,came into contact with an electric high tension wire, which was down. The unfortunate man was electrocuted, being - killed instantly. Singular to relate a grandson of Webb, aged seven years, named Norman College, was killed almost at the same instant. He was staying with "his, grandparents and had been sent across' the paddock to post a letter and also came into contact with the same wire just asvWebb was entering the gate, to his residence. Death was instantaneous in both cases. The bodies were removed to the mprgue at Hamilton.
