BRISBANE, Nov. 24. Sixteen prize winning black orpington fowls, •belonging' to E.. Shamlbler, of' Gympie, were attacked and lulled foy'bees, yesterday. Mr Shambler had .kept several hives of bees in his garden for some years, and hitherto fowls had been roaming about in the garden without interference. What roused The bees to fury is not known, but they attacked the fowls very vacioui&ly.
