Mr Hunt; Are you ready to go back to your husband/. _ Wife: I don't think I am in a fit state of health, sir. Mr Hunt; A little hard work won't do you any harm. What you want is. a home of your own. In reply to Mr Biernackl, for defendant, the wife -tdmitted she had been out twice when her husband arrived home lor tea, aiya that twice she had locked the ibedroom up. Mr Hunt: You want to live away from your husband on an allowance of £2 "per week. Wife: I don't want to go back to live with his nt'Other. ■ Mr v ßiernacki: You have been, married before?—Yes. My husband summoned me for restitution of conjugal rights and then divorced me. Mr Hunt (to the husiband): You are better without her, even if you pay a little per week. I will adjourn the case, and voui pay her 2Gs week. Addressing the wife, Mr Hunt said: "You had one husband, and got rid of him. You have married again,- and you should recognise you have duties to discharge in connection with your marriage."
