EXCITEMENT AT DOVER. LONDON, Nov. 1. ■The inhabitants of Dover were aroused at midnight by the tolling of the bell which formerly hung on the Zeebrugge Mole, but which is now in the turret of the town hall. When a crowd gathered, Ti man appeared in the turret and said he had participated in the Zeebrugge raid, and as he had no pension, and had*a wife and child to support,,' he had rung the bell io call attention to his desperate plight. ■
