YESTERDAY'S QUOTATIONS. Several pens of fat bullocks awaited the auctioneer's hammer at the saleyards Tuesday, and these were quitted at quite good prices. Porkers were in demand and brought prices in proportion to quality. Baconers sold well at recent rates. Save a meagre entry <oi lambs there were no other sheep offering. Among yesterday's prices were the following quotations:— Cows, etc.—Dairy £5, 3-year empty Polled' Angus heifers £6 7s, ditto Shorthorn £5 13s 6d, stores 30s to £2 ss, forward condition £3 to £4, small yearling bulls £7 12s 6d, mixed yearling heifers £3 2s 6d. mixed coloured dairy heifers £3 2s 6d, fats £4 10s to £6 Is, poor quality yearling steers £2, vearling Jersey heifers £5 4s. weaners 32s 6d. grade bulls £2 to £5 ss. Pigs.—Weaners small 17s 6d, good 24s to 30«. small stores 3s Gd to 395. medium porker* £2 15s to £3 18s, baconere £4 6« #b £4 18«.
