NOTICE, is hereby given that the Council proposes for the purpose of alterations and additions to the present Municipal Buildings, Pliinmer Terrace, Shannon, to raise a special loan of £7OO at a rate of interest not exeeding six per cent, per annum, with a sinking fund not exceeding one per cent. And .fur the purpose of providing for the repayment of the loan and for the payment of interest charges thereon to appropriate and pledge as security, a special rate- of one-four-teenth of a Id in the £ on the rateable value of all the rateable property in the Borough of Shannon, such rate to be an annually recurring rate (luring the currency of the loan and to be made and levied by resolution of the Council to be passed after the said special loan has been agreed bo by the ratepayers.
