Woo] sales continue active, competition good and mainly Continental. As compared with last sale’s closing rates fine merino greasy firm, merinos of. other descriptions fleece rather easier, broad haired merino wools 5 to 10 per cent, lower, merino pieces and bellies 5 to 7.} per cent, higher, crossbred pieces and bellies, par to 5 per cent, higher, greasy halfbred wools 5 per cent, lower, greasy crossbred wools firmer generally to rather dearer, slipe crossbreds and scoured crossbred wools unchanged. Merino lambs 5 per cent, higher, crossbred lambs par to 5 per cent, higher. Sale closes Bth October. Our selling dates' 6th and 7th October. Dates of our wool sales next year are 19th January, 9th March, 27th April.
