DEATHS BY GUN SHOTS.
AUCKLAND 1 , August 3. Robert John Shiels, aged 16, was found dead with a shot gun by his side beneath the home of his parents in Wellesley Street West. He had a severe wound in the head. He had been in ill health for some time and was employed a,t the Auckland infirmary. He visited his parents at intervals.
TAUMABUNUI, August 3. Owen Dinsdale, a well-known Manunui stock dealer and farmer, was found shot dead on Sunday morningnear a whare on Ills farm. A gun was beside the body.
