NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Shannon Borough Council, held on Tuesday, the 28th day of July, 1925, it was resolved bv/ way of Special Order that the Shannon Borough Council make a By-law under “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” and every otherpower and authority thereunder in that behalf, entitled “The Water Supply By-Law, 1925.” And notice is hereby further given that the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation' to a special meeting of the Shannon ■ Borough Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Pliiimier Terrace, Shannon, on TUESDAY, the first day of ■September, 1925, at 7.30 p.m., at which meeting the day of the coming into force of the said By-law will be .fixed.

A copy of the proposed Special Order and By-law is deposited at the office of the 'Shannon Borough Council, Plimmer Terrace, Shannon, and is open to the inspection of the public during the office hours until the said confirming meeting is held.
