GOLF NOTES.

MEDAL MATCH TO-MUIIROW. As previously intimated the August medal match will be held on the local links to-morrow. It is hoped that as many as possible will take pari and that nil competitors will liaJid m cards. Men will play over 18 holes, ladies over the number to be agreed upon at the general meeting to-night. Players to choose own partners. The general meeting as called will it is hoped, clear up all misunderstanding regarding local rules and other matters relating to local conditions. A full attendance is requested.
