Accused elected to be dealt witlr. summarily, and pleaded guilty to both charges. Senior-Sergeant O'Grady said that defendant was licensed out from th# Weraroa Training Farm, and ok separate occasions broke and entered these places. He had planted th« stolen goods, spent the money and given away the tobacco. The boy was rather unfortunate from birth, and if he was returned to Weraroa, It might do him some good. Defendant was convicted and ordered to be returned.
