POLAND PROTESTS TO RUSSIA. (Received Sunday, 9 p.m.) WARSAW, July 12. The Polish Government presented a Note to the Soviet Minister strongly protesting against the kidnapping of a Polish lieutenant, demanding that he immediately be conveyed to the frontier and the establishment of a commision of enquiry into the case.

The Foreign Ministry also verbally protested against the alleged murder on the Polish frontier of a corporal by Russians, suggesting a joint commission of enquiry and demanding an Idemnity for the victim's family .
