, MOTOR STOCK'S AMAZING RISE. NEW YORK, June 9. Lila Lee, the film, actress, accumulated a fortune in the recent amazing advance of the Maxwell motor stock, trading in which was suspended today by the Stock Exchange because a natural corner had developed. Class "A" stocks rose from 74 dollars in January to 121 dollars on Monday, while"' Class "B" rose from 33 dollars to 127 dollars. Very few made money, but hundreds are short a;id are wondering how to pay for the stock now that trading has ended. The corner was caused by the readjustment which was announced in April, when 'tin; Cryslcr Corporation was absorbed.
