WEDDING AT SHANNON.
At the Presbyterian -Church, .Shannon, on Friday last, the marriage took place of Alexander McKenzie and Sophia Eraser, of Scotland, the ceremony being performed by the Rev \ F. Stewart. The bride, who was given away by. her brother-in-law, Mr R. McKenzie, wore a pretty frock o, white satin with overdress of silk radium lace, and wore the usual veil and orange blossom, she carried a bouquet of heather, daisies, and jonquils. She was attended, by' Miss Yoilier Pigott as bridesmaid, wearing a mauve brocaded silk with ostrich trimmings and tulle veil and carried a bouquet of heather 'and autumn leaves. Little Florence McKenzie, niece of the bride, was flower girl, dressed in pale iblue silk and trimmed with tiny pink rosebuds and cloche hat of pale blue silk. she carried a basket of flowers. Mr Jock I McKenzie acted as best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at the Albion Hotel, where the usual 1 toasts were honoured. The bride's travelling costume was. grey gabardine and hat to match. 1
