ALLEGED PLOT AGAINST KING AND MINISTERS. (Received Sunday 11.5 p.m.) BELGRADE, May U The police announce the discovery s of a conspiracy ■ against the Uvea of the King and Ministers. The conspirators were possessed of detailed plans for blowing up the Royal palace, the Government, Parliament and other public bulidings. Seventeen Bolsheviks who recently arrived in order to complete the plans were arrested red-handed at a secret headquarters in the suburbs, where they were found studying plans for carrying out the plot.
