BIG BUTTER OUTPUT.
FOR AUCKLAND PROVINCE. The Auckland Province bids fair to have an extraordinary output of butter before the end of the present season. Already the previous record has been broken. Tb j q-uantity of butfoer sent in for grading to the end of March was 1,477, 916 boxes compared with 1,209,095 b«es for the corresponding date la >t year. This shows an increase of 2(8,821 boxes. Already the output for the season to date exceed the previous record one, 1922-23, by 15.237 boxes, and mere Is still another t hree months to go. The cheese graded this se:ison to the end of March was 110.140 crates, as compared with 128,? 13 crates last season to the same dale. This shows a decrease of 18,10 > crates. Evidently factories with dn il plants have turned their attentio'n to butter this season.
