Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the following cablegram from their London House under date of the 10th instant:-^Londo n wool sales opened, attendance of buyers is very large, selection i good. Fair demand for merinos of good quality, other descriptions of merino market is irregular. Good demand for crossbred wools at lower levels. As compared with last sale's closing rates Merino wools 3d to 4d lower, haUbred wools 3d to 4d lower. fine crossbred wools 2d to 3d lower, medium crossbred wools 2d to m lower coarse crossbred wools id to i.jx lower.
