METHODIST CHURCH BAZAAR.
As announced in .another column of the "News" the committee have deemed to postpone the bazaar until after trie re-opehing of the schools, but as a. number of the articles made and finished are intended for summer wear, arrangements have been made to offer/for. sale ladies' and children's garmet's on three afternoons of. this week —Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 3.30 each day. It is disappointing after.all arrangements had heen made and work completed to. have to postpone it, but under the. circumstances there is no use going on while the children are prohibited from coming. They look forward so much to tnese outings and there were special attractions for the children in the way of competitions, etc., it was thought advisable to wait for a few weeks longer In the meantime the ladies should go' along to tne school-room behind the Church and have a look at the display of ladies' and Children's garments suitable for summer wear, underclothing, dresses, jumpers, etc., dainty and useful. These should be disposed of while the warm, weaper lasts, and we feel sure mothers looking tor school dresses, etc., will S more th'a n satisfied with the value offered. There are a number of damtv articles that will appeal to «ne young ladies, camisoles, jumpers etc., so we hope they too will take lull advantage %ndW.l>on't forget. Three alternoons-Wednesday. Thurs-1 day, and Saturday oJC this week irom 2.30 each day until 5 o'clock, in the school room.
