That the interest on the said loan be at a rate not. exceeding six pounds ten shillings (£6 J.O/-) per centum per annum payable half-yearly on the Ist day of August and me Ist day of February during the currency of the said loan being a period- of ten (10) years from the Ist day oi February, 10:15.

That a sinking fund of one pound (£ij per centum per annum be estab-| risked in connection with, the said man. ~4. That the security for the interest, sinking fund and' other charges of the said Loan he a special rate oi id in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property within the Borough of Shannon so calculated as to yield the interest and sinking fund and other charges of the said Loan and h> per cent, additional on these amounts. 5, That one (1) debenture for eleven hundred pounds (£1100) and relative coupons in a form in conformity with the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act. 1913, and its amendments be executed, sealed and issued. The above resolution was. passed at a special meeting of the Shannon Borough Council held on the 4th day of February, 1925, at 7.30 p.m. and will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said Council, to be held on the 10th day of March, 1925.
