That one (1) debenture for eleven hundred pounds (£1100) aud relative coupons in a form, in conformity with the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and its amendments toe executed, sealed and issued. The above resolution was passed at a special meeting of the Shannon Borough Council held on the 4th day of February, 1925, at 7.30 p.m. and will toe submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said Council to be held on the 10th day of March, 1920.
