At the annual genera] meeting of shareholders just 'held, it was reported that despite the very mild weather conditions prevailing in 1924 the sales of Q-tol and Fluenzol had been wellmaintained. The costs of manufacture and marketing had cut out profits; but despite this it. was decided not to increase prices to the public. The Managing Director and principal shareholder intimated that ' as owner of the Q-tol oversea rights, he was transferring to the shareholders as a whole the benefits accruing from Messrs Lever Brothers purchase of the name “Q-tol” for places outside New Zealand and Australia. The purchase money is on the way and will | wipe out old losses made in Australia.

Messrs (Palmer, Willoughby and Gibbons were elected Directors and Messrs Watkins, Hull, Hunt and Wheeler as auditors for the ensuing year.
