Kelly is spending a holiday in tiie South island. On Friday the schools closed lor the Christmas holidays. Mr and Mrs Hickson intend journeying to Hanmer. Miss Gruickshank leaves toy the Napier Express for her home in Timaru. Mr (Palmer will spend part of his vacation in Mauriceville. Miss Wake intends going up north. Miss Moody, who has been down South for some months, is due home for Christmas.
