LEVIN A VERSUS LEVIN B. The Levin A registered, another win against tlheix B team, on Saturday. The A’s, batting first, compiled 156, runs and declared, to which. the B’s replied with 84. Bennett batted right through for his century, which he made in as many minutes. Although he gave several chances later in his innings they were not accepted,- and he is to be congratuated on reaching the. coveted figures, .as."the result of good batting. J. Mackenzie batted very well for .his 27 not out, and helped Bennett in his running between the Wickets. None of the bowlers, were difficult to either batsman. The B team put up a very creditable showing and Mackenzie and Phillips both batted very well indeed for their runs. Their stand came at a good time and Stopped a rot in tbe. team. Widdas and McDonald reached double figures, but. none of the. others gave the 'bowlers any trouble. Auekram finished up with the good average of 6 for 11. Results were as follow: LEVINA.
