The club decided to refund the nomination and acceptance lees, but it seems hard luck on a trainer that, he was prevented from running his horse owing to a clerical error in the club’s office. lit only goes to show that all trainers, before accepting or scratching, should, if in any way dissatisfied, ask for the handicapper’s sheets which, they are entitled to see.
