IN BANKRUPTCY.
A petition in bankruptcy has oeen filed by Walter Clifford Fiogdell, who lately carried on the business of a bootmaker at Shannon. The amount shown to be due t nsecured creditors totals £ll7, out t'i.list is at present incomplete, creditors not havi/ng advised the D.U.A. of the extent of bankrupt's indebtedness to them. Assets are su.t--ed to amount to £53 5s 7d, be ig composed as follow: Stock-in-trade £SO 9s 6d, book debts £l6"(estimated to produce £10) and cash-in hand £8 16s Id. A deficiency of £57 14s ixt remains which will be added P when the list of unsecured creditors is coihplete. ■' ■ .
