\NEW ZEALAND AGAIN SNUBBED SOME PERTINENT QUESTIONS. (Received Friday, 2 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 5. (New Zealand Rugbyites .have endeavoured to arrange matches in Glasgow and Edinburgh, a*nd sought the Scottish Union's sanctio'n. The Union has now notified its refusal. In connection with the rejection of private overtures for All Black matches in Scotland, the newspapers point out the gravity Of Scotland again snubbing New Zealand. They ask whether Scotland will be consistent and refuse to meet the contaminated Anglo-Irish team, also if the Scottish Unipn will prohibit Scotsmen at Oxford fVom playing the All Blacks.
