LEVERHULME MOVES UP!
DUKE’S RESIDENCE IN MAYFAIR. LONDON, October 21. The Duke of Westminster has sold Grosvenor House, Mayfair, for about £600,000. It is likely .to be converted into flats. * (Received Wednesday, 5.6 p.m.) LONDON, O’ctober 21. The “Daily Telegraph” says the purchaser of Grosvenor House is discount Leverhulme, who is at present in West Africa. No indication is 'given as to what use it will be devoted to, but it is believed he has no intention of residing in it.
