GREAT MUSICAL TREAT.
ORCHESTRAL CONGER:!' IN SHANNON ON- TUESDAY. An event unique in the' musical, line will take place m the Maqriland Theatre on Tuesday next, when the public of Shannon and tiie district will be afforded the opportunity of hearing an orchestra of over fifty instruments manipulated' by the ’best performers in tiie district. An unusual feature is that this big company of -musicians will be conducted by Miss Healy, of Wellington, who. possesses rare talent for such work. Another big feature is the willing assistance of Miss M. Neale, of Shannon, which should alone attract a large audience. The youthful trap drummer and contortionist, Master Owen Cahill, of Australia, is a. juvenile prodigy. The Management is to he commended for fixing popular prices for so high class an entertainment by over 70 musicians, who are coming to Shannon -under considerable expense. The stage to accommodate this huge combination will be extended 12 feet and double pianos specially tuned will be used.
