The Manawatu Reliance Company made 288 tons of cheese, average yield 2.65 lbs., average test 3.82, average price paid .for butterfat Is 4.72 d. Awahuri made 551 tons of butter, average test 4.106, average grade 93.014, average over-run 19.793, cost of manufacture 1.1906 d per lb,, average price per lb of fat Is 75.32 d. Newbury made 203 tons of cheese, average yield 2.491bs to one pound fat, average price per lb of fat Is sd. Woodville made 328 tons of Cheese and paid Is 6d per lb for fat.
