John Bresnahaa, charged with being i the owner of a horse found wandering within the Shannon Borough, was' fined £2 with costs 7s. . j Leonard Satherley, being the owner of a cow similarly wandering, was I fined ss, costs 7s. Robert Buckman, on two charges of being# the owner of two cows found wandering ‘ within the Borough was fined £1 and costs 7s on each information. Arthur Richards, charged with being the owner of four cattle found wandering in shannon Boirough, was fined 5s with costs 7«. • Frederick Small, being the owner of one cow found wandering, was fined 10s, costs '7s. ’ Frederick Haley, similarly charged, was fined ss, costs 7s. > James Ewart, being the owner of two ponies found wandering, was fin. Carter, on three charges of allowing one horse to wander, was fined 10s with costs 7s on each charge, Samuel Finlay v on a charge of al-
